For Brennan Industries, Fabit designed and produced a custom award that celebrates milestones across the company’s global distribution and partner network.

Brennan Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic, pneumatic and instrumentation fittings, with a worldwide network of distribution centers and partners. The company wanted an award that could evolve over time, reflecting the ongoing achievements of their partners.

Instead of a traditional static trophy, the result was an interactive milestone award. Each accomplishment is represented by a coin token that can be inserted into the award, gradually filling the structure as new milestones are achieved.

The challenge

Brennan wanted an award that could represent long term partnerships and achievements across their global network.

The award needed to visually connect to the Brennan brand while also functioning as a dynamic recognition object that could grow over time. Each milestone would be represented by a physical coin that partners receive as they reach new achievements.

A key challenge was integrating the coin system without altering the recognizable proportions of the Brennan logo, which features a blue “BI” symbol surrounded by a grey circular element.

Materials

The award combines multiple materials to create a clear and functional display for the milestone coins.

The structure is built around a circular frame inspired by the Brennan logo. A grey background panel reflects the brand identity, while a transparent acrylic front allows the inserted coins to remain visible as they accumulate.

The coin mechanism was carefully engineered so that each inserted token rolls naturally into position, gradually filling the circular display.

From brand identity to interactive award

Rather than a static trophy, the Brennan award was designed as a living recognition object that evolves over time.

Brand inspired design

The design started from the Brennan logo. The recognizable grey circular element surrounding the “BI” symbol became the foundation of the award structure.

This circle was transformed into a display frame where milestone coins gradually fill the shape, visually representing progress and achievement.

Engineering the coin mechanism

At the top of the award, a small slot allows partners to insert their milestone tokens.

Once inserted, the coin rolls left or right through the internal structure before settling into place within the circular display. This movement creates a playful and satisfying interaction while keeping the coins clearly visible.

Recognition that grows over time

As new milestones are reached, additional tokens are added to the award.

Over time the circle fills with coins, transforming the object into a visual record of partnership, progress and shared success between Brennan and its global network.
