Partner awards are handed to people who do not work for you. That changes what the object has to do: it has to be good enough to sit in someone else’s reception area with your logo on it, and it has to make the partner want to keep earning it. We design and produce those awards in house in Antwerp.

A partner of the year award is a commercial instrument as much as a gesture. It gets photographed, posted and displayed by a company that also works with your competitors. That is why the object needs to look like it came from a brand worth being associated with, and why the tiers need to be visibly different: distributor of the year, region winners, growth awards and long term partnership recognition all say something different. Partner programs run on a cycle: the same categories, a new winner list, often a new region added. We keep design files, tooling and finishing specifications so edition two matches edition one, and so a new category can be added without redesigning the family.
Partner of the year, regional winners, growth and loyalty categories are built from one design system with clear differences in material, size or finish, so the hierarchy reads instantly at the event and in photos afterwards.
Partner networks are spread across countries and time zones. We package each piece to survive the trip and ship to a single event, to regional offices or directly to each partner, including customs documentation.

What kinds of partner awards do you produce?
Partner of the year and distributor of the year trophies, regional and growth category awards, long term partnership recognition, supplier and vendor awards, and wall plaques for partner offices. Formats range from a single sculptural piece for the headline category to a full set covering every tier of the program.
Can you produce awards for a partner program with many categories?
Yes. We design one visual family and differentiate the categories through material, height or finish, which keeps the program coherent and the cost per piece lower than designing each category separately.
Can partner awards be shipped to partners in different countries?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Antwerp, either to your event venue or directly to individual partner addresses, with packaging designed to protect the piece and the paperwork handled for customs.
Do you also produce wall plaques for partner offices?

What is the minimum order for a partner award program?
There is no fixed minimum. We produce single flagship awards as well as programs of several hundred pieces across tiers and regions. Design and setup are shared across the run, so the cost per piece drops as the quantity rises.
