About this case

For GEON, Fabit designed and produced a series of premium recognition shields celebrating branches that embody the company’s core values.

GEON specializes in polymer compounding, developing customized plastic materials with specific properties for industries worldwide. To recognize teams that demonstrate outstanding collaboration, innovation and social responsibility, the company created the GEON Excellence Awards.

The result is a series of metal shields produced in gold, silver and bronze, awarded to branches that excel in GEON’s core values and contribute to the company’s global success.

The challenge

GEON wanted an award that visually represents achievement while aligning with the company’s culture and values.

The design needed to feel timeless and prestigious while clearly communicating the idea of excellence and progress. At the same time, the award had to remain consistent across multiple editions and material variations.

The object also needed to reflect the company’s recognition program, celebrating branches that demonstrate leadership in collaboration, innovation and community impact.

Materials

The GEON Excellence Awards were produced as metal shields in three distinct finishes.

Each shield is manufactured in brass (gold), aluminum (silver) and red copper (bronze), creating a clear hierarchy between the different recognition levels.

The design features a sculpted mountain element symbolizing overcoming challenges and striving for excellence. The metal surfaces were carefully finished to ensure durability and a premium appearance suitable for corporate recognition.
