Designed from game asset to real-world object

An in-game prop replica is more than merchandise. It is a physical extension of a digital universe.

We begin with original game assets, visual references and technical guidelines. Scale, proportion and detailing are refined in 3D before production starts, ensuring the replica remains true to the source material.

Every surface, texture and structural element is carefully translated from screen to reality, resulting in a piece that feels authentic in both design and presence.

Engineered for clarity and longevity

In-game props must feel real, cinematic and true to the original asset.

Designed in 3D from the original game asset

Every prop starts as a detailed 3D translation of the in-game model. Scale, geometry and surface detailing are refined digitally to ensure accuracy before production begins.

Produced entirely in-house

From prototyping to finishing, all stages are handled under one roof. This ensures strict quality control, structural integrity and consistency across limited runs or larger production volumes.

Built for display, activation and handling

Whether used for influencer campaigns, event showcases or collector releases, each prop is engineered for durability, weight balance and visual impact.

Selected in-game prop projects

Custom in-game prop replicas developed for esports brands, game publishers and global launch campaigns. From life-size hero pieces to limited collector editions, each project reflects a precise translation of digital assets into physical form.

Our in-game prop process

Four clear steps from concept to delivery.

Step 1

Briefing

We start from your game assets: the in-game 3D model, concept art and colour references, plus your IP or brand guidelines. Together we define what the prop is for (influencer gifting, an event display or a collector edition), the scale and the quantity.

Step 2

3D concept

The in-game model is rebuilt for the real world. Proportions, wall thickness, weight and how the parts fit together are engineered in 3D, and you approve renders before production starts.

Step 3

Production

Parts are 3D printed and assembled in our Antwerp workshop, then sanded, primed and painted by hand to match the in-game textures, from clean metallic surfaces to worn, weathered details.

Step 4

Delivery

Every prop is checked, packed to survive transport and shipped worldwide, to one venue or directly to individual creators and players.

An in-game prop replica is a physical version of an object from a video game, such as a weapon, a game item or a trophy, built from the original game assets. Publishers and esports organisers use them for game launches, influencer gifting, live events and collector editions.

For the Middle East and North Africa launch of Valorant, Riot Games MENA asked Fabit for a life size 3D printed Spike collectible that creators received as part of an influencer campaign. See the Valorant Spike case.

Ideally the in-game 3D model, plus concept art, colour references and your IP or brand guidelines. If there is no usable model, we can model the prop from reference images and screenshots.

We also need the intended use, the quantity and your launch or event date, so we can plan the production around it.

Yes. Props can be made at true in-game scale or as a smaller collectible. The Valorant Spike for Riot Games MENA was produced life size.

Larger props are printed in several parts and assembled, which keeps them strong, lighter to handle and safe to ship.

Most props are 3D printed and then finished by hand: sanding, priming and painting until the surface matches the game. Metallic, painted and weathered effects are all possible, and parts can be made in metal where weight or durability matters. See the materials we work with.

Most projects take 4 to 8 weeks from approved concept to delivery, depending on size, detail and quantity. We make one-off hero pieces as well as limited runs for influencer gifting or collector editions. Share your launch date early and we plan backwards from it.
