President's Club awards
A President’s Club award is handed to the people who carried the year. It sits on a desk in front of clients and colleagues for years afterwards, which makes it one of the few recognition objects that keeps working long after the event. We design and produce those awards in house in Antwerp, at program scale.

The people in your President’s Club have earned bonuses, trips and titles before. What they usually have not received is an object that looks like it was made for this specific achievement. That is the gap a custom award fills: your brand, the year, the tier and the recipient built into one piece rather than engraved onto a catalogue trophy. We have produced President’s Club programs at scale, including a run of 260 pieces for a single FY recognition cycle, with the same design language across every tier.
Built for annual programs, not one-off orders
A President’s Club is a recurring event with a fixed date, a shifting recipient list and a brand guideline that must hold from one edition to the next. We treat it as a program from day one: design files, moulds and finishing specifications stay with us, so next year’s edition matches this one without starting over.
Club, Circle, Pinnacle or whatever your tiers are called, they are built from one design system with clear visual differences in material, height or finish. Recipients can see the difference across a room and still recognise the family.
Names, regions, years and figures are accounted for at the design stage, which means the personalised element sits where it belongs instead of being squeezed onto a plate at the end. Late additions to the recipient list are normal and we plan for them.
Design, 3D engineering, production and finishing all happen at Fabit in Antwerp. One point of contact, one standard, and no handover losses between suppliers. That is also why we can answer a brief within 24 hours and ship worldwide from a single location.

What makes a good President's Club award?
Weight, a shape that belongs to your brand rather than a catalogue, and personalisation that reads as intentional. The test is simple: would the recipient put it on the desk they take client calls from? That is why we design around the object being seen daily, not only during the ceremony.
Can you produce a full President's Club program with multiple tiers?
Yes. We build the tiers from one design system so the set stays coherent, then differentiate by material, size or finish. We have delivered programs of several hundred pieces in a single cycle, personalised per recipient.
How far in advance should we start?
Give us as much runway as the recipient list allows, and ideally start two to three months before the event. Design and 3D concepts take the first weeks, production and personalisation follow, and international shipping needs its own buffer. A shorter timeline is often still possible, so ask before assuming it is too late.
Can awards be shipped directly to individual recipients?
Yes. We handle packaging designed to protect the piece and can ship to a single venue or to individual addresses worldwide, including customs paperwork. For remote teams, direct shipping usually beats shipping everything to head office first.
Will next year's edition match this year's?
Yes. Design files, tooling and finishing specifications stay with us, so a repeat edition matches the original without a new design cycle. Most clients change only the year and the recipient names.
