Award show trophies
Award show trophies are the one physical object every camera, winner and sponsor sees. They have to read from the back row, survive a hundred handovers and feel like a prize worth a speech. Fabit designs and produces award show trophies in house in Antwerp for shows, galas and ceremonies worldwide.
One trophy, three audiences
An award show trophy performs for three audiences at once. On stage it has to catch light and read instantly on camera. In the winner’s hands it has to feel substantial and personal. And for the organisation it has to embody the identity of the show, year after year.
That is a design problem, not a catalog choice. We built the trophies for the Kastaars awards and for international gaming and esports award shows, each one designed from zero around the identity of the event.
Designed for the stage, engineered for the winner
We design in 3D and test how the trophy reads under stage lighting and on camera before anything is produced. Silhouette, reflectivity and weight are all decisions, not accidents.
Production happens in house: 3D printing, metal, resin, glass and combinations of them, finished by hand. Category variants, tiered versions and nominee replicas come from the same design system, so the whole show feels like one family.
A strong silhouette and controlled reflections make a trophy readable on camera and in press photos, from the wide shot to the close up of the handover.
One design can carry an entire show: category versions, host gifts, nominee replicas and sponsor editions, all recognisably part of the same family.

How long does a custom award show trophy take?
Plan for several weeks from first briefing to delivery: design and 3D visualisation first, then production and finishing. We plan backwards from your show date and confirm a locked timeline in the quote, so the trophies are never the risk on your run sheet.
Can you produce different versions per category or tier?
Yes. We design one master concept and derive category versions, tiers and special editions from it. Different sizes, materials or colour accents keep categories distinct while the show keeps one visual identity.
Can winners’ names be engraved before the show?
Yes, if the winners are known in advance we engrave or print names before shipping. For shows where winners stay secret, we prepare engraving plates or deliver personalisation directly after the event.
Do you design for broadcast and stage lighting?
We do. Every design is checked in 3D for silhouette, reflectivity and readability on camera before production starts. Trophies that look spectacular in hand can disappear on a bright stage; we design so yours does not.
Do you make replicas for nominees or sponsors?
Yes. Nominee replicas, sponsor editions and host gifts are produced from the same design at lower cost per piece, so everyone who matters to the show takes something home.
