Corporate recognition awards

The people and partners who drive an organization forward deserve recognition that reflects the seriousness of what they have achieved. A corporate recognition award, designed with intention and built to last, is one of the most direct ways a company communicates what it values and who it respects.

At Fabit, every recognition award is produced entirely in-house, built from a brief, not a template, and designed to represent both the recipient and the organization presenting it.

Corporate recognition awards designed for your program

Recognition programs serve a strategic purpose: they reinforce culture, reward performance and signal what excellent looks like. When the award itself is exceptional, that signal lands harder. When it looks like something from a general catalogue, it does the opposite. The physical object carries meaning, and that meaning is either strengthened or undermined by what was produced.

Fabit works with corporate teams to design awards built around the program they serve. We have produced awards for employee milestone programs, leadership recognition cycles and partner achievement initiatives for organizations including Fortra, Brennan Industries and GEON. Across more than 7,500 unique designs and 1,000 brand programs, our process is built to handle recurring recognition at scale.

Engineered for recognition programs that scale

Corporate recognition programs come with specific requirements: multiple tiers, recurring production cycles, consistency across editions and global delivery. These are the principles that define how Fabit approaches each program.

Program-scale production from day one

We structure every project with program logic in mind, accounting for quantities, tiers and reorder cycles before production begins. Design files and specifications are retained so that future editions stay consistent with the original.

Multi-material design options

Corporate recognition awards are produced in metal, glass, crystal, wood and combinations of these, depending on the program tier and the context in which the award will be presented. We match material to meaning.

Fully in-house, no third parties

Design, production and finishing are handled entirely at Fabit, under one roof. This means a single point of contact, consistent standards across every piece and no handoffs to external suppliers.

Our recognition award process

Every recognition program we support follows a structured process from initial brief through to worldwide delivery. Here is what that looks like in practice.

After approval, your recognition awards are produced in-house using the selected materials. Each piece goes through consistent finishing and strict quality control before it leaves the facility.

Étape 4

Livraison dans le monde entier

We handle packaging, logistics and international shipping to ensure safe, on-time delivery anywhere in the world, whether it is one piece or a full program.

Questions fréquemment posées

Corporate recognition programs involve a range of decisions around design, materials, timelines and how to maintain consistency across editions, and those decisions tend to generate specific questions before a project begins.

Teams running structured programs for the first time, or scaling an existing one, often want to understand how a custom approach compares to off-the-shelf options and what the production process actually involves. Here are the most common questions we receive from corporate buyers and HR leaders looking to commission custom corporate recognition awards.

Fabit produces recognition awards in a wide range of formats, including plaques, trophies, sculptural pieces and multi-component awards that combine materials. The format is always determined by the program brief rather than what happens to be available. For structured employee recognition programs, plaques and framed awards are common because they present well in office environments. For leadership recognition and partner milestones, three-dimensional sculptural awards often carry more presence.

Material options include metal, glass, crystal, wood and combinations of these. Each material communicates differently, and we use the briefing phase to establish which approach fits the program’s intent, the recipient profile and the environment where the award will be displayed.

For an overview of how materials are selected and what each brings to a recognition piece, the metal materials page and the glass and crystal overview cover the main options in detail.

Yes, and this is a core part of how we work. Recurring programs require a production infrastructure that preserves the design intent across editions without requiring a full redesign each cycle. We retain all design files and production specifications after the first run, so reorders are consistent with the original in every meaningful dimension.

For multi-year programs, we can also build in intentional variation while maintaining visual coherence across the series. This is particularly relevant for programs that recognize cumulative milestones, where the award for a five-year tenure should feel related to the one for ten years, but distinct enough to communicate the difference.

If your organization is building a structured recognition program for the first time, our employee recognition program service  covers how we approach programs end to end, from design system through to logistics.

Personalization, including recipient names, titles, dates and specific achievement details, is accounted for at the design stage rather than added as an afterthought. We build personalization into the 3D concept so that the layout works correctly for the information that needs to appear on each piece, and we establish an efficient process for managing recipient data before production begins.

For programs with large quantities, we coordinate personalization in batches and confirm all details before production starts to avoid errors. The finishing process for engraved or printed personalization follows the same quality standards as the rest of the award, so the final result is consistent across every piece regardless of volume.

Our finishing options page covers the techniques available for personalization, including engraving, color fills and surface printing.

There is no fixed minimum. We work with programs of all sizes, from a single award for a flagship recognition moment to several hundred pieces for a global rollout. Smaller quantities are fully viable, particularly for leadership recognition or board-level milestones where one or two pieces need to be genuinely exceptional.

For larger programs, the economics of design and tooling are spread across the run, which makes the per-unit cost more efficient. We discuss quantity, budget and timelines during the briefing phase so that the project is structured correctly from the start rather than adjusted later.

Consistency is built into the production infrastructure. Because design, production and finishing all happen in-house at Fabit, there are no points in the process where the brief is handed to an external party who may interpret it differently. Every decision made during the design phase, including material grade, surface treatment and finishing method, is documented and applied consistently across the full production run.

For programs that span multiple years or delivery cycles, we maintain those specifications so that a reorder in year three looks and feels the same as the original. This is particularly important for programs where recipients receive awards at different points in time, since the award should feel equally considered regardless of when it was produced.
