For Dell, via Chany Spamer Gifting, Fabit designed and produced the Dell Sales Awards, a series of custom mascot figures created to recognise outstanding sales performance.

The awards needed to move beyond traditional corporate recognition formats and create something recipients would genuinely value and display. The challenge was to translate Dell’s brand identity into a character-driven object that felt personal, memorable, and premium while maintaining consistency across the entire award series.

The result is a collection of mascot figures finished in a distinctive three-colour palette. A satin black body, dark blue cape, and metallic gold helmet create an immediate connection to the Dell brand while giving each piece a strong visual presence. Individually hand-painted and carefully finished, the awards combine the personality of a collectible figure with the significance of a corporate recognition object.

The challenge was to create a recognition object with character and collectability while ensuring every piece maintained the quality and consistency expected of a premium corporate award programme.

Materiales

The award is built around a custom mascot figure whose form serves as the foundation for the visual identity of the piece. Rather than relying primarily on logos or graphics, the design communicates through colour, character, and form.

A satin black finish is combined with a dark blue cape and metallic gold helmet, creating a clear connection to Dell’s brand language while giving the figure a bold and recognisable appearance. The hand-painted finish adds a level of individuality and craftsmanship to every award.
