For Red Bull, Fabit produced the BC One Cypher Awards 2026, a series of custom awards created to celebrate achievement within one of the competition’s most distinctive sporting events.

The challenge was to create an award that reflected the environment and intensity of the competition through material and form alone. Rather than relying on traditional metallic finishes, the design draws inspiration from the clarity, depth, and visual presence of ice, creating an object that feels intrinsically connected to the sport it represents.

The result is an award produced in ultra-transparent resin with a polished finish that captures and refracts light from every angle. Combined with precisely integrated branding elements, the transparent form creates a striking visual identity that remains immediately recognisable while celebrating excellence in competition.

The BC One Cypher Awards needed to embody the spirit of the competition while maintaining the visual standards associated with a global sporting brand.

Material choice became central to the project. The awards needed to communicate the character of ice through clarity, depth, and reflection while ensuring consistency across every piece. At the same time, integrated branding elements needed to remain precise, legible, and visually balanced within the transparent composition.

The awards are produced in transparent resin selected for its optical clarity and refined appearance.

The polished surface allows light to move through the form, creating reflections, highlights, and depth that reinforce the visual connection to ice. This transparency gives the awards a distinctive presence, transforming them into objects shaped as much by light and environment as by their physical form.

Integrated full-colour branding elements provide a visual focal point within the transparent structure, ensuring immediate recognition while maintaining the clean and contemporary character of the design.
