An IPO happens once. The deal toy is what stays on the desks of the bankers, the board and the founders afterwards, and it is usually the only physical record of the transaction. We design and produce those pieces in house in Antwerp, from lucite embedments to 3D printed and metal tombstones.
Listing gifts that mark the transaction properly
A deal toy for a listing carries a lot of information in a small object: the ticker, the exchange, the pricing date, the deal value and every party at the table. The design job is to make that legible without turning the piece into a plaque. We work from the tombstone advert or the deal summary, translate it into a form that references the company or the sector, and produce it to a standard that matches the size of the transaction.

IPO timelines shift until they suddenly do not. We plan production so the final data, pricing and party list can land late without pushing the delivery date, and we keep the design approved and ready while the numbers are still being confirmed.
Lucite embedments for classic tombstones and prospectus captures, metal for weight and permanence, and 3D printing for shapes that reference the company itself. We combine them when the design calls for it, all under one roof.
Final pricing, allocation figures and the party list often arrive days before the closing dinner. We build the piece so that the last data layer can be applied late in the process without reopening the whole production run.

What is an IPO deal toy?
An IPO deal toy is a commemorative object made to mark a company going public.
